HHS students Elizabeth Hughes Tyson, Leah Hughes Tyson, and Maddie Palmer attended the FBLA state competition April 15-16 in Birmingham. Elizabeth competed in the Public Speaking II event, with a first place finish. Leah and Maddie competed in the Business Presentation event, with a third place finish. Elizabeth will attend the FBLA National Competition in Orlando, in late June. FBLA advisors are Liz Noble and Kim Adkins.
