Dakota Rushing was chosen as Lion of the Week for Week 3 of High School Football. Rushing was the key to the dominant defense against the East Lawrence Eagles, which allowed only 6 points in the game.  Rushing had 6 unassisted tackles and 11 tackles total with 4 of those resulting in a loss of yardage for the Eagles. Rushing also had one sack and a reception for 4 yards. Congratulations to Dakota Rushing on a great game!
