There was a two vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on Highway 13 North near the intersection of 9th Avenue. An RPS ambulance driven by Willie Allen Holcomb, 23, hit a Lincoln Towncar from behind.  The Lincoln was driven by Robbie Lynn Waldrop, 39. Waldrop was transported to Lakeland Community Hospital for minor injuries.
