Arts Council Looking for Soup!

The Winston County Arts Council is looking for a few good potagers. Huh? you say. Makers of the soup, folks. If you have a recipe that you want to prepare for others, all for a good cause, then the council is looking for you. The council will present its "Soup of the Year" contest on Thursday, October 20, 5:30 PM, at the Double Springs Municipal Building. The contest is part of the council's first-ever Empty Bowls Dinner. The project will benefit the council and Main Street Ministries. The soups will be sampled that night by the public, who will vote for the "Soup of the Year."
