Madilyn Warren of Haleyville recently had the opportunity to help Mickey Ferguson with his weather forecast on Fox 6 in Birmingham. Mickey features kids from Alabama who have an interest in the weather and broadcasting. Madilyn is 5, but will turn 6 on March 1 and is in Mrs. Brooks kindergarten class at HES. Her parents, Shawn and Crystal Warren discovered Madilyn is very intrigued with news and weather and with her experience on Fox 6, she may be on her way to a career. She plans to be on television when she grows up, but for now, after school, she loves to sit at her desk pretending to be either a news journalist or a meteorologist on TV. 

Madilyn is a girly girl who loves to dance and play with her dog Kriket and play with her purple bow and arrow in her high heels. A very talkative and energetic outspoken member of the Warren family with one 12 year old bother Ethan, who attends Haleyville Middle Schol. Congratulations to Madilyn and we wish her great success in her chosen field when she gets older.
