Schools Delay Opening

Because of the forecast exteme cold, Marion County School busses and openings will be delayed for two hours, until 10 a.m on Thursday morning, January 8. 

Haleyville and all Winston County schools will open at the normal time. No delays at this time. Listen to Paradise 92.7 and check this web site for updates.

The safe room behind McDonald's in Haleyville is open and will remain open throughout the night and as long as needed as a warm shelter from the cold.
