Lions of the Week

Congratulations to Jesse Overton and Carlos Herrerra who were chosen as Co-Lions of the Week by the Paradise 92.7 Broadcast Team after the Lions' Victory against the Hamilton Aggies. 

Herrerra has served as the Lions' kicker this season and has been the go-to guy in tough games.  Throughout the season, he has missed only 3 of 45 attempts and has ensured several Lions victories, including the one point win at West Limestone and the two point win against Hamilton. 

Overton had four tackles in the game against Hamilton and made the big play when it mattered most.  He shut down the Aggies on the fourth down to secure the Lions win. 

Congratulations to Carlos Herrerra and Jesse Overton on a well-deserved honor!
