Local Schools Thank Veterans

Veterans Day is quickly approaching, and local schools are planning their annual celebration events. A list of upcoming Veterans Day programs is below, and all veterans who served in the United States Armed Forces are encouraged to attend and participate. 

-Haleyville High School and Middle School: Thursday, November 7 at 9:30 a.m. in the HHS Gym; There will also be a reception for veterans in the HHS Conference Room at 9:00 a.m. prior to the program.

-Haleyville Elementary School: Kindergarten-Second Grades Friday, November 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the HES lunchroom and Third-Fifth Grades at 2:00 p.m. in the HES Lunchroom

-Phillips High School: Friday, November 8 at 8:30 a.m. in the PHS Gym; There will also be a reception for veterans immediately following the program.
