Fight Against Drugs

Area law enforcement agencies are doing their parts in the fight against drugs.  Chief Ed Franks of the Bear Creek Police Department stated, "The Bear Creek Police Department, along with the Marion County Drug Task Force, Marion County Sherriff's Department, and the Haleyville Police Department executed a search warrant today on High Avenue, which resulted in the arrest of one, Royce Scott. The charge will be manufacturing in the second degree."
