Haleyville Middle School Lunchroom to enter into contract with Haleyville Mental Health Center to furnish up to twenty lunches per day during the 2009-2010 school year, beginning August 10, 2009 and ending May 27, 2010 at a rate of $2.00 per lunch per child.

Changes to Sponsor Contracts for the 2009-2010 school year.

Changes to Coaching Assignments and Supplements for the 2009-2010 school year.

Changes to local charges and fees for Haleyville Schools for the 2009-2010 school year.

The Children's Policy Counsel to receive 20% of HCS State At-Risk Funds as required by State Legislation

Fairbanks LLC to administer the MAC (Medicaid Administrative Claim Program Contracts) and Fee-For-Service Programs through fiscal year of 2012

Also approved were the following fundraisers:
Digital Video Class and Track and Field Teams to produce and sell DVD’s of all sports teams throughout the school year

HHS Band and Band Boosters to sell hams and turkeys at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

HHS Student Government Association to sell T-shirts August 2009 through February 2010.

HHS Football team to purchase and install chair back seats in the reserve section of the football stadium and to sell season seating in this section. Traders and Farmers Bank will provide financing for this project.

Haleyville Center of Technology to hold their annual fruit sale October 6, 2009 through October 16, 2009.
