HHS Band Scores High

The Haleyville Roaring Lion Band recently competed in marching competitions at Hartselle (Oct. 1), Muscle Shoals (Oct. 15), and Phil Campbell (Oct 29).  In each competition the band performed their 2011 halftime show and were judged on the performance. The band scored "Superior" in every competition and was awarded "The Challence Cup" in Hartselle. Color Guard was awarded "Best in Class" at Phil Campbell. Lion Majorettes were awarded "Best In Class" at all three competitions and "Grand Champion" at Phil Campbell. Shown above are the trophies won at Muscle Shoals, Hartselle, and Phil Campbell.

 The Haleyville Band is directed by Mr. Reggie Tolbert. Majorette sponsor is Amy Farris. Color Guard sponsor is Susan Sutherland. Visual Director is Phillip Berryhill. The Band Boosters are very proud of the accomplishments the Lion band has made this year!
