Man Dies of Stab Wound

The Marion County Sheriff's office is investigating the death of Joshua Brent Key, 23 of Double Springs. According to Marion County Coroner, Key had a Haleyville address on Ellenburg Drive. According to sketchy reports, Key was transported by private vehicle from a location off Cherry Hill Road at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning to the Lakeland Hospital ER where he was pronounced dead on arrival. His apparent cause of death was by a stab wound in the chest. His body was sent to the state forensic lab in Huntsville for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.

Reportedly, the Marion County Sheriff Investigator is presently looking for two people in connection with this incident, but no arrests have been made.
