Barn Fire on Old Mayo Road

A brush fire was blamed for setting a barn on fire on Old Mayo Road, just off Cherry Hill Road in Marion County on Tuesday morning. Horse saddles, bicyles, and many tools and equipment was destroyed. Wind and very low humidity contributed to the fire. Haleyville firemen Jeff Postell and Josh Brazell make sure all the fire is out before leaving the scene.
