Haleyville Mayor Ken Sunseri has confirmed the closing of contract for the sale of Haleyville City Hall was conducted Friday, October 10, 2014. Mayor Sunseri stated the deal is not officially done until the check is received for the property, but that is expected to happen next week. CVS Pharmacy has purchased the property where the current City Hall and Haleyville Fire Station are located. Full disclosure of the sales contract will be available in the next 60 days.
