Fire Destroys Home

There was a residential fire at the Short Leaf Trailer Park on Short Leaf Lane Wednesday around 12:30 a.m. The mobile home belonged to Johnny Mack Jones and was completely destroyed by fire. The Haleyville Fire Department and Police Department responded to the scene to ensure safety and scene containment.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
