With all members present the Haleyville Board of Education approved expenditures for July, 2009 in the amount of $1,112,383.67. Other items approved:
- Substitute teachers list.
- Sparks CPA firm to perform an audit for the past year.
- Contract with Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Service to cooperatively fund one full-time job coach through September 30, 2010.
- Occupational Therapy and Physical therapy contracts with Lakeland community Hospital for the 2009-2010 year.
- To consider approving field trip for FFA student and Brock Dunn to attend Youth World Equine Competition in Augusta, GA, Oct 26 through Oct 30, 2009.
