HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! The Haleyville Rescue Squad is asking for donated bottled water, non- perishable canned goods, hand towels and ice for Hurricane Gustav  evacuees. Approximately 115 evacuees are presently at NWSCC in Phil  Campbell with the number expected to increase. Drop your  donations by the Rescue Squad building behind the Glasshouse car wash  on Littleville Road near the old ARC building.                                                                                                    (Click Image to Enlarge)

As of 4:00 pm items noted above are still needed along with toys or books to occupy the children. The American Red Cross is overseeing the needs of potential hurricane Gustav victims. Single folks were taken to the Muscle Shoals campus while entire family's remained at the Phil Campbell campus. More evacuees are expected as Gustav appproaches land.
