With all members present the council approved the following:
1. Regular council minutes 12/08/08.
2. Minutes of due process hearing 12/12/08.
3. November general operation bills.
4. Advertising for library heater.
5. Advertising for bids heating & air conditioning service.
6. Advertising for bids for fire equipment grant.

8. Amending business license ordinance.
9. Citizen participation plan.
10. Architect for senior center & Head Start building rehabilitation. Q. (Jack Nix)
11. Airport grant application for clearing. (Federal grant from aviation fuel tax. Approximately $450,000 with 5% local matching.) Calvin Cassady VIDEO
12. CDBG procurement grant.
