LAST MEETING FOR CURRENT COUNCIL
The council approved the public hearing and regular minutes of 10/0708 as well as the September general operation bills. A change order #2 for South Haleyville Water and Sewer Rehabilitation CDBG Project #LR-CM-CM-CP-07-015 (Resolution 2008-35) was approved.

Mayor Albright and the city council, except for absent Bobby Jack Fuller, expressed their thanks and bid farewell to their respective elected jobs. VIDEO THANKS AND FAREWELLS
The next scheduled meeting of the city council will be the swearing in of the new mayor and council on Monday, November 3, 6 p.m at city hall with a short meeting to follow. The newly elected Halevyille City Council will hold a work session in the courtroom at city hall on Monday, October 27, 7:15 p.m.
