Dean Morgan, Haleyville fireman explains the need for underground  wiring for Christmas lights at the city lake. The annual lighting  will be done by the HFD instead of Haleyville Rescue. The group wants  to move "Santa's House" further down to allow more parking, thus the  need for underground wiring.
