Collier Elementary School in Mobile, Alabama read the book Flat Stanly written by Jeff Brown. Stanly was used to teach students letter writing skills. Stanly is now

making the rounds in Alabama as part of the letter writing exercise and recently made a stop in Haleyville to attend the Haleyville Area Chamber of Commerce meeting. Bebe Cox will send Stanley on his way to his next stop with items from the Haleyville area. These items along many others collected during Stanley's travels will be shared with class when Stanley returns to Collier Elementary School.
