• Haleyville to purchae a 75 foot trip of property from Betty Mae Elliott, which sahll connect the current National Guard Amory property site to the western Right-of-Way of Newburg Road. This property shall include the current 40 foot easement owned by the Armory Commission. • A $20,000 payment to Betty Mae Elliott for the 2.5+/- acre 75 foot strip of property connecting the current National Guard Amory property site to the western Right-of Way of Newburg Road.
