Stolen Bull October 29, 2006 - 1:50 AM

The white bull statue which stood in the yard across from Wal-Mart was stolen and taken for a ride down Macedonia Road.

The thieves threw the bull from the back of a blue Mazda pickup. A local resident gave chase and several young people were seen fleeing into the night abandoning the pickup. The Haleyville Police Department is holding the pickup. The injured bull will be returned to its owner.
