Debra has been employed with the City of Haleyville for 18 years.
Debra currently is Acting City Clerk for the City of Haleyville as well as Revenue Officer. Debra started with the City of Haleyville as secretary to the Industrial Coordinator and appointed revenue officer during this time. Debra has also served as Assistant City Clerk. Her work varies from accounting, to addressing issues involving animal control and assisting city department heads with issues that arise. Debra loves her work with the city everyday is different.

Certifications: • Certified Municipal Revenue Officer Certified Municipal Clerk currently working on her Masters Municipal Clerks Certification.

Debra has been married 33 years to her husband Gary who has been working with the Haleyville Water and Sewer for 15 years. Both Gary and Debra were born and reared in Haleyville. They have two children Bruce and Dana. Bruce is married and currently stationed in North Carolina with the United States Marines and has severed two tour of duties in Iraq. Dana is married and has one daughter Sydney with a new arrival just around the corner. Dana works at First Federal in Haleyville
