| Instructors Superior leadership is a critical component in the success of our program. Therefore, a great deal of time and care has gone into assembling the best team of leaders our area has to offer. In addition to being energetic, creative and competent, each instructor also has an extensive background in proven leadership skills. This program is open to participants from all sectors of the business and civic organizations. Diversity is essential among participants. A willingness to invest time, energy and effort is required. Effort will be made to select participants who represent a cross-section of the area in terms of age, sex, race, occupation and community. The
